It’s been a long time since we’ve been improving our website. After two years of waiting, Pets Pine is finally ready to:
U-P-D-A-T-E!
That’s right, update! We’re soon going to change most of the cats on the Adopt-a-Cat page (they found lovely homes, most of them!) and add the Adopt-a-Pup page soon!
We’ve also added more plugins, or extensions, whichever word YOU prefer! We’d like to thank Font Awesome for the easy flow of icons we’re about to add in our future posts and pages!
THAT, if you played it, was the HAPPY UPDATE sound!
Let’s look into Pets Pine’s future features! (Try saying that five times fast!).
Update #1: Font Awesome
We all know: Font Awesome is NOT awesome. IT’S MORE THAN AWESOME! With the go-with-the-flow icons and the Free and Pro plans — plus kits! — Font Awesome is mine and your go-to for icons on HTML or WordPress websites!
At Font Awesome, you and I can go make something AWESOME (watch the trailer)!
And this may be a short description, but this update is everything.
Update #2: The Adopt-a-Pup Page
A dog is a man’s best friend.
Everyone knows that saying. Cats are, too, but right now, we’re going DOGGONE with this second update: The upcoming Adopt-a-Pup page!
In the Adopt-a-Pup page, there will be pictures and descriptions of 10-12 furry fido friends, and links to go to the website we get them from: Petfinder!
*Sponsoring Petfinder for their amazing work taking care of strays and given-up and abandoned pets. *
In two weeks, we will have a posted Adopt-a-Pup page! 🥳
If you’re willing to adopt one of the dogs or cats, the third update will help you…
Update #3: Email Forms
(The picture, FYI, is not what it’ll actually look like, since AI generated it).
Our yet-to-come EMAIL FORMS will help you contact us and ask us if you can adopt some pets! (Soon we’ll have our own animals up for adoption, too!).
Plus, this website requires no paying or login for you to email us! FREE OFFER! Isn’t that great?
Update #4: More Pets!
You know how Pets Pine focuses more on cats and dogs? Well, soon, we’ll be adding MORE categories, such as rabbit, bird, and hamster care!
And don’t worry, the Dog of the Week and Cat of the Week are coming back soon!
Visit our channel for more facts about cats and dogs!
Update #5: The Rescue Tales Page
Every pet has a backstory to share. From plain breeders to a life in the woods, the Rescue Tales page will have heartwarming stories of unwanted or rescued animals, inspiring people of all ages to help out the pets that are lost or simply need to be rescued and have cozy homes!
ALERT: A cat in Catonsville, Maryland has gone missing. A brown tabby with no collar named Namoosa. Keep a lookout for her!
Those are only five features coming up on Pets Pine. Keep a lookout for our new features — and Namoosa! — and we’ll see you again soon!
